Galileo
Galileo 3 represents a new generation of CNC machining centers, going beyond the traditional concept of CNC machines as we have known them so far. In a single revolutionary machining center, it combines the functions of four machines: panel cutting, profiling, drilling and routing.
Thanks to the innovative patented Vitap Bar Nesting System®, Galileo 3 is able to machine all five sides of the panel in just 4 minutes, ensuring precision, operational continuity and maximum efficiency.
What makes the system truly unique is also the patented DDT System – Double Dynamic Transport®, an advanced dual-grip transport system that moves the panel seamlessly, eliminating downtime between machining operations.
Galileo 3 does not require vacuum cups or sacrificial profiles, further speeding up the production process and significantly reducing operating costs. Compact and lightweight, it occupies only 5 square meters, making it ideal even for production environments with limited space.
The new software interface, combined with direct PC control, makes programming simple, intuitive and immediate. With Galileo 3, even non-specialized operators can achieve excellent quality results, while maintaining high production speeds.
For these reasons, Galileo 3 is the ideal universal CNC machining center: perfect for large companies that require high productivity while reducing the typical costs of large CNC systems, and equally suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with limited budgets and reduced storage capacity.

Measurements
The Galileo CNC machining centre for wood panels does not need suction cups like other machines and requires modest suction systems (2000 m3/hour), guaranteeing much lower running costs.
The large working area (Y-axis) of 920 mm and PC control with innovative software interface make the operator's work quick and easy, guaranteeing time optimisation, cost reduction and productivity growth.
The compact dimensions save space and create better working conditions, making the operators' job easier.
